Limited LIFETIME WARRANTY

Clipper Products, Inc. warrants its CARTS against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original end user owns the cart. The following are not covered by our warranty:

Abuse, misuse, overloading, negligence, or use for purposes other than intended.
Carts which have been modified or altered by anyone without prior written approval by Clipper Products.
Normal wear items such as elastic cords or wheels.

There are no other implied warranties.
