Our primary overseas factory for producing carts and mobilization hardware is a large, modern facility located near Shanghai, China. The manufacturing process begins with raw materials, such as rolls of steel wire, steel and aluminum tubing, and plastic resins. Large diameter steel wire is extruded until it meets specified size requirements, then is straightened and cut to length.

Once the wire and tubing parts have been formed, they are thoroughly cleaned in preparation for powder coat painting, chrome plating, or anodizing. Aluminum parts are finished by anodizing or painting. Parts to be painted enter the powder coat spray station on a moving overhead conveyor and pass into the oven where the paint is baked onto the surface to form a tough protective finish.
